#writing#reason-for-actions

why do I write?

write to let go.

when I have a thought that’s bothering me, writing down really do feel like letting it go. it’s me allowing it to get out of my conscious head, by moving it to my second head; second brain.

to remember now.

just like taking a photo. I take a photo to remember later, and to remember now. I remember the experience of taking that photos. I tend to remember the environment, the weather, the people, the mood of the people, more, when I took a photo. It does triggered by something probably, by looking at that photo for example.

when I write something emotionful, writing helps relife the experience. it helps me remember the feeling of that so called emotionful events.
